Hoffman Estates Park District - Triphahn Center
The two-story, 95,000 square foot addition to the existing
community center houses the district's administrative offices, two
NHL sized ice rinks with spectator seating, the Chicago Wolves
professional hockey team locker room and offices, fitness room and
party/meeting rooms. The facility houses the practice facility for
the Chicago Wolves. The project also included renovation of 35,000
square feet of the existing facility.
The desiccant dehumidification air handlers for the ice rinks
provide a much drier environment which provides better viewing for
skaters and spectators, as well as a higher quality ice and protects
the building materials.
