Four Overlook Point is an 850,000 sq. Ft. office and data building. The building includes 28,000 square feet of computer room raised floor space. It has a central chilled water plant that includes four 900 ton chillers and two 1,500 gallon backup chilled water storage tanks. This project won an ASHRAE Illinois Chapter Award.
