The Victory Centre of Bartlett is an Independent
Living Facility (Senior Apartments).
The facility is a 4-story, 99,000 square foot building including 104
apartments, resident multi-purpose room, library, beauty shop and
exercise room. The facility included a domestic water booster
pump, fire pump and emergency generator. The building was
located on a site with a Supportive Living Facility Building.
